The Mico Volunteer Fire Department wishes everyone the very best for 2018! But please rest assured, we are here for you when things don’t go quite right! In addition to our dedicated volunteer fire fighters, the Mico area now has 24-hour, 7-day a week EMS coverage right here at the Fire Station, brought to you by your taxes and Medina County ESD #1! Please dial 911 in case of an emergency!
The Annual MVFD newsletter is out, you should have received it in the mail already. If you did not, please contact us using the “contact us” button on the bottom left of the website to let us know. We have had some issues in the past (Mico Community Christmas Party announcement), where our mailings were not delivered to everyone, so we want to know if you did not get the newsletter.
We have entered our membership drive period! There is a membership form in the newsletter, or you can send in your membership quick and easy on this website by clicking on the “membership” button. It has all the same blocks as the paper copy, but you will get an email immediately thanking you for your membership donation! Your generous donations help keep this volunteer fire department going!
On February 27th, at 6pm, there will be a presentation at the Lake Hills Civic Center on Weather Forecasting, Emergency Information, and Flood Project. Call (830) 796-7260 for more information.
