National Night Out at MVFD

Tuesday, October 3

6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live. This evening strives to enhance relationships between neighbors and law enforcement, strengthening our sense of community, bringing police and neighbors together under positive circumstances.

MVFD is hosting this event with activities for the kids including tours of the trucks and equipment as well as demonstrations and an art contest.  Medina County Constable Don Berger will also be joining us so stop by to say hello and talk with him about your concerns for our community.  Additionally, our EMS team from AMR will be on hand to meet you, tell you how they respond to emergencies in our area, and show you their equipment.

The First Responders at MVFD like to feed people so we will be offering FREE hot dogs, chips, cookies, and drinks.  Also pick up your free 9-volt batteries for your home smoke detectors.
