Volunteer

If you live in the Mico area and would like to donate some time for a worthwhile community cause, please consider volunteering to become a firefighter. Both men and women are welcome. We would love to have some local youngsters join our group.

Even if you have a full-time job, as many of us do, you can still find ways to contribute to this important effort. With the current trend of urban sprawl into our area, we are going to need increasing numbers of volunteers.

We will provide training and protective gear, and you can get to know your neighbors, while making an important contribution to the community.

There are also other ways you can contribute — BBQ fundraiser, grant writing, apparatus maintenance, facility maintenance.

Just drop us an e-mail — be sure to give us your name, address, home telephone and mobile phone numbers as applicable. Tell us your area of interests. Someone will get in touch with you soon.

See the calendar for the schedule of training sessions.
